Polyurethane and epoxy adhesives: two solutions for bonding different materials

Polyurethane adhesives are characterized by excellent impact resistance and good adhesion to most plastics, as well as to wood, concrete and rubber. They generally have a reduced resistance to solvents and high temperatures where epoxy glues excel.

Upgrade your project results with our premium selection of polyurethane adhesives, perfect for the most demanding bonding applications. Our range includes high-strength, industrial-grade polyurethane glues ideal for metal, wood, plastic, glass, concrete, and a wide variety of surfaces. Known for their superior durability, moisture resistance, and flexibility, these adhesives are trusted by professionals and DIY enthusiasts alike.

Ours polyurethane adhesives formulated specifically for construction, woodworking, automotive repairs, and craft projects. Each product ensures reliable, long-lasting bonds even in challenging environments exposed to water, chemicals, or extreme temperatures.

What are main differences between polyurethane adhesives and epoxy adhesives?

Polyurethane adhesives offer exceptional flexibility, toughness, and resistance to impact, making them ideal for dynamic applications like automotive and marine uses, but they can be sensitive to moisture and may yellow with UV exposure.

Epoxy adhesives provide high strength, chemical resistance, and better electrical insulation for extreme environments, but are less flexible, can yellow from sunlight, and are typically more difficult to mix and apply due to their two-part nature. The choice of which one to use depends mostly on the requirements of your project.
