The shipment of the product / s will take place only once the actual credit has been received on the Company's current account. Shipping costs are regulated as follows:
- free for all orders starting from € 350.00 (VAT excluded)
- € 9.00 (excluding VAT) for orders of less than € 350.00 (excluding VAT), throughout Italy, including the islands.
Couriers
The couriers we use guarantee us a delivery throughout Italy in a maximum of 48/72 hours (including islands), from the moment the product leaves our warehouse.
For orders received before 12.00, The-ma for Tapes Point undertakes to ship the ordered material within 24/48 hours (except for sales); for orders received after 12.00, The-ma for Tapes Point undertakes to ship the ordered material within 48/72 hours, unless sold (proof of receipt of payment).
As an alternative to shipping by Thema SpA, the customer is allowed to opt for the following shipping solutions:
1- personally collect the products ordered on our e-commerce site www.tapespoint.com directly from The-ma SpA, at the following address: Viale Lino Zanussi 6 / C - 33170 Pordenone, after booking the collection by calling n. 366 6511908;
2-collect the products ordered on our e-commerce site www.tapespoint.com through the Customer's trusted courier at the expense of the Customer at The-ma SpA, at the following address: Viale Lino Zanussi 6 / C - 33170 Pordenone, prior booking withdrawal by calling n. 366 6511908.
Responsibility
The-ma SpA assumes no responsibility for disservices attributable to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, even if dependent on malfunctions and disservices of the internet, in the event that it is not possible to execute the order within the time stipulated in the contract.
