VALID ONLY FROM ITALY TO ITALY
The shipment of the product / s will take place only once the actual credit has been received on the Company's current account. Shipping costs are regulated as follows:
free for all orders starting from € 350.00 (VAT excluded)
€ 9.00 (excluding VAT) for orders of less than € 350.00 (excluding VAT), throughout Italy, including the islands.
Shipping costs and methods may vary depending on the weight and type of product (e.g., ADR – dangerous goods).
Couriers
The couriers we use (mainly GLS and FEDEX) guarantee us a delivery throughout Italy in a maximum of 48/72 hours (including islands), from the moment the product leaves our warehouse.
For orders received before 12.00, The-ma for Tapes Point undertakes to ship the ordered material within 24/48 hours (except for sales); for orders received after 12.00, The-ma for Tapes Point undertakes to ship the ordered material within 48/72 hours, unless sold (proof of receipt of payment).
As an alternative to shipping by Thema SpA, the customer is allowed to opt for the following shipping solutions:
1- personally collect the products ordered on our e-commerce site www.tapespoint.com directly from The-ma SpA, at the following address: Viale Lino Zanussi 6 / C - 33170 Pordenone, after booking the collection by calling n. 366 6511908;
2-collect the products ordered on our e-commerce site www.tapespoint.com through the Customer's trusted courier at the expense of the Customer at The-ma SpA, at the following address: Viale Lino Zanussi 6 / C - 33170 Pordenone, prior booking withdrawal by calling n. 366 6511908.
Responsibility
The-ma SpA assumes no responsibility for disservices attributable to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, even if dependent on malfunctions and disservices of the internet, in the event that it is not possible to execute the order within the time stipulated in the contract.
International Shipping
For all orders destined outside of the Italian national territory, shipping methods vary depending on the country of destination.

1. Orders from European Countries
For countries within the European territory, the following options are available:
Shipping at a standard flat rate of €50 with the courier FEDEX
Pick-up (Ex Works): collection from our warehouse with a trusted courier at the expense of the Customer, in Viale Lino Zanussi 6/C Pordenone Italy, prior booking withdrawal by email [email protected]

2. Orders from the Rest of the World (Non-EU)
For all other international destinations, the shipping method applied is EX WORKS (EXW).
The goods are considered available to the customer at our headquarters/warehouse at the following address:

The customer is responsible for booking the transport, shipping costs, customs clearance (where applicable), and all risks related to transport from the moment of collection. The-ma SpA will provide details regarding weights, package dimensions, and the availability date to allow you to arrange collection with your trusted courier, prior booking withdrawal by email [email protected]
Shipping Support Service (For EX WORKS method only)
If you are unable to arrange transport independently for EX WORKS shipments, The-ma for Tapes Point offers a support service: upon specific request sent to the email address [email protected], our team can evaluate the possibility of handling the shipment directly. Transport costs will be calculated and quoted separately and will be charged to the customer.
Important Notes
There is no minimum order threshold to qualify for free shipping on international orders. For shipments that are not subject to a flat rate (or in case of variations), transport costs are calculated based on weight, package dimensions, and destination.
