Thread locker / Coaxial locks / Liquid seals

Threadlockers are liquid or semi-solid, single-component adhesives, which prevent loosening, corrosion and seizure of the parts of any threaded fastening device in the presence of vibrations and shocks. These are very fluid liquids that completely fill the gaps between the threaded couplings and block the threads to guarantee the constancy of the tightening load and eliminate friction corrosion by creating a single body with the threads.
Threadlockers cure in the absence of air at room temperature and in contact with metal and turn into a thermosetting solid plastic film when applied to metal surfaces and in the absence of air. The latter, thanks to the adhesion to both threaded parts and the cohesion of the plastic material, maintains the friction between the threads.
