The Tapes Point customer can submit a return request for one or more items in the two cases listed:
1- if the purchased item has been delivered to him damaged, defective, not what he had ordered, or in any case does not comply with the sales contract;
2- if the Customer is a consumer and has rethought his purchase.
1. In the first case (that is, if the purchased item has been delivered damaged, it is defective, it is not the one ordered, or in any case it does not comply with the sales contract), Tapes Point for The-ma SpA reserves the right to decide the final; recognized the defect and / or error, the product will be replaced by an identical or similar one. Shipping procedures and costs are borne by The-ma SpA.
If it is not available, The-ma SpA will proceed with the refund directly to the account from which the payment originated (unless otherwise communicated).

In any case, the provisions of the Civil Code apply.
2. In the second case (ie, the Customer is a consumer and has rethought the purchase), in accordance with the Consumer Code as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal, from purchase without penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 working days from receipt of the products.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised by the Consumer through an explicit declaration containing the manifestation of the will to make use of this right, order number and current account details or by using the standard withdrawal form prepared here.
The aforementioned declaration of wish to withdraw must be sent either by e-mail to info@tapespoint.it or by registered letter with return receipt to Viale Lino Zanussi 6 / C 33170 Pordenone.
Furthermore, the Consumer must return the goods, intact, in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any packaging and documentation and accessory equipment such as manuals or technical data sheets) by shipping at your expense by express courier, at The-ma SpA Viale Lino Zanussi 6 / C 33170 Pordenone within the term of 14 working days from the sending of the notice of withdrawal.
The-ma SpA, without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, will, in turn, proceed with the reimbursement within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal using the same payment method adopted for the purchase, subject to verification of the integrity and suitability of the product itself. Pursuant to art. 56 paragraph 2 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005 as amended by Legislative Decree 24/2014);
The-ma SpA will not reimburse the additional costs, if the consumer has expressly chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of delivery offered by the professional. As required by art. 56 paragraph 3 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005 as amended by Legislative Decree 241/2014; The-ma SpA may suspend the reimbursement until receipt of the goods or until the Customer demonstrates that he has returned the goods to The -ma SpA.
N.B.: The right of reconsideration cannot be exercised for personalized or made-to-measure products.
