3M VHB tape GPH 110GF tape is composed of a 1.1 mm thick, grey, high temperature resistant multi-purpose adhesive with a conformable foam core and high initial adhesion with plastic film liner. 

Roll of 12 mm x 33 m. Heat resistance up to 230 ºC for short periods.

3M VHB GPH is a durable conformable acrylic foam with viscoelastic properties. It adheres to substrates with high surface energy, including aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized steel, numerous composites and plastics, acrylic, polycarbonate, ABS, and painted or sealed wood.

The GPH family of 3M VHB tapes uses a modified acrylic adhesive on both sides of a conformable foam core. The unique combination of high temperature resistance, multi-material fixing and high initial tack with a conformable foam core makes this line one of the most valid and versatile among the 3M VHB families. High temperature performance allows materials to be attached in applications with high operating temperatures, up to 230 ºC for short periods

Applications:

The thermal resistance allows these products to be used in applications where the joints are exposed to high temperatures, such as during powder coating processes. The product has a good ability to adhere on a wide variety of high or medium surface energy materials, such as different metals (e.g. stainless steel, aluminum) and some plastics (e.g. PMMA, ABS) For applications in metalworking, signage, domestic appliances and transportation.
