3M VHB 4947 is a double-sided, pressure-sensitive, closed-cell acrylic foam tape with a PE film coating. Black color, thickness: 1.1 mm. Adheres to medium and high surface energy substrates. Offers ease of use, padding, vibration and impact resistance. Resistant to plasticizers.

3M VHB 4947 tape consists of a durable acrylic adhesive with viscoelastic properties. It is therefore an extraordinarily durable double-sided foam tape that adheres to a wide range of substrates, including aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized steel, composites, plastics, acrylic, polycarbonate, ABS, painted or sealed wood and cement. These tapes offer high resistance to cutting and high temperatures, conformability and adhesion to surfaces.
