3M 540 Polyurethane Adhesive Sealant is a one component, polyurethane designed as a flexible sealant for transportation, metal working and many other applications.

3M 540 is used to seal vertical and horizontal expansion joints, aluminium curtain walls and storefronts, doors and windows, submerged applications and much more. 

High performance, one component, moisture curing sealant forms permanently elastic bonds, and is non-staining. It’s fast curing, and no mixing or priming is required for most applications. Tack-free in 60 minutes, the sealant is then paintable and offers excellent weather resistance.
