3M™ 8956 is a fiberglass reinforced tape. Due to filaments in length, the tape does not break easily in the horizontal section.
High tensile strength. Good shear strength. The product offers the appropriate strength for very heavy packages and intercontinental packaging and shipping. The transparent backing resists moisture, abrasion and binding.
The Synthetic Rubber adhesive offers good initial grip. Adheres well on textuerd board.
The fiberglass reinforcement filament Tapes are recommended for packing pallets and for reinforcements in general. Thanks to the structure with fiberglass or bi-directional or mono-directional polyethylene backing are able to allow maximum safety of loads.
