3M 9348 is a transparent primer ideal for vinyl materials. This Acetone and MEK based primer has extreme resistance to migration of plasticizers. Paintable, ready to use. Adhesion on flexible and rigid vinyl extrusions, 1 liter tin 

To be used on clean and dry surfaces: for the removal of dust and oils clean with MEK. At the time of primerization, the surfaces and the adhesive should be at least +15°C. 

Use a brush, spatula roller and spray to apply, in order to obtain a thin and homogeneous layer (on both materials). 

At the moment of the actual union of the parts, the product must be perfectly dry and slightly sticky. The drying time depends on the porosity of the materials, the temperature and the humidity of the environment. For optimum durability, store the Primer at between +15°C .

Avoid skin contact, eye contact and ingestion. In case wash very well and contact a doctor.
