Tesa 4965 is a transparent double-sided tape consisting of a PET backing and tackified modified acrylic adhesive. This tape is suitable for the most demanding applications such as heavy loads, high temperatures up to 200 ºC or critical substrates. tesa 4965 by a particularly reliable bond, even on substrates with low energy surfaces. This adhesive tape for fixing is highly resistant to aging, moisture and UV rays and is able to resist plasticizers and chemical agents. tesa 4965 has a good tack and immediate usability after assembly. The high-performance tape highlights excellent performance for challenging permanent industrial and outdoor applications. It is available with different liner variants. tesa 4965 complies with the UL 969 standard. UL file: MH 18055. Thanks to its excellent technical specifications, this widely tested adhesive tape meets all the requirements of DIN EN 45545-2 R1 and HL3, the highest level of risk.
