3M™ 9731 Double Coated features a 3M™ Silicone Adhesive on the inside and 3M™ High Performance Acrylic Adhesive 350 on the outside. Double liner, one for each side.
It achieves very high adhesion to a variety of materials such as silicone surfaces, low surface energy plastics, powder coatings and oily materials.
The acrylic adhesive provides excellent solvent resistance and adhesion to low surface energy materials, the silicone adhesive bonds silicone and low surface energy plastics without primer using this pressure sensitive solution
Silicone features strong holding power to various silicone surfaces. Acrylic has the ability to bond a variety of surfaces including low surface energy plastics, powder coatings, and oily materials.
