The rubber splicing tape Scotch® 23 is ideal for low or high voltage applications and joints up to 69 kV. It has an ethylene propylene rubber backing and highly conformable, rubber-resin adhesive. It is self-fusing, therefore it creates a tight and strong bond by merging on itself.
It has a temperature rate for continuous adhesion to 90°C, stretches up to 100% for void-free, moisture-resistant insulation.
