3M DP125 Scotch Weld Epoxy Adhesive grey 48.5 ml cartridge

3M DP125 is a two-part epoxy adhesive. Flexible, 1:1 mix ratio. Effective adhesive system for bonding, joining, gluing, attaching, assembling, encapsulating, potting, and sealing applications, provides a long-lasting strong bond. 48.5 ml cartridge, to be used with 3M T mixing nozzle.

Flexible for higher peel strength and better vibration resistance, DP125 maintains a strong bond under expansion, contraction, and limited movement, its medium viscosity helps minimize running, dripping, or migration and it flows smoothly for controlled dispensing where needed.

Its flexibility makes it ideal for applications involving dissimilar surfaces, where coefficients of thermal expansion are a consideration, for example when bonding glass to metals.

The mix ratio is 1:1 and provides a 25 minute work life to allow plenty of time for positioning and to adjust for fit prior to setting. The adhesive reaches handling strength in approximately 2.5 hours and is fully cured in 7 days (at 72°F/22°C).
