Thickness: 1.14 mm, thermal resistance: 230°C (short time) 150°C (long time)

3M™ VHB™ 4611F is a double-sided adhesive tape with a general purpose adhesive on both sides of a rigid foam core. The high temperature resistance makes this 3M™ VHB™ family generally suitable for bonding applications before high temperature painting processes. Typically, it is used on metal substrates such as aluminum, galvanized steel and stainless steel. This tape is suitable for the application of reinforcements and panels and also for assembly before introduction in paint ovens, as well as for cut parts and decorative materials.
