3M DP8805NS Scotch-Weld Low Odor Acrylic Adhesive 48.5 ml

3M DP8805NS is a low-odor, non-sag, toughened, two-part acrylic adhesive. 4 minutes work life it reaches structural strength in 9 minutes, way faster than most of other competitive acrylic adhesives with a comparable open time.

DP8805NS has low odor and non-flammable properties for a safer working environment compared to typical acrylic adhesives, it bonds difficult surfaces such as most powder coats and plastics. Durable finished bond with good shear and high impact strength. Features spacer beads to control bond line thickness.

With a 10:1 mix ratio and a 4-minute work life there's time to position substrates prior to adhesion. Once fully cured it will reach 1,000 psi (7 MPa) of overlap shear strength in about 9 minutes.

10:1 mix ratio, to be used with 3M P mixer for 45 ml cartridges.
