3M™ Scotch-Weld™ DP490 two-component, black, ratio 2:1 epoxy adhesive, specific for metals and composites, in particular carbon fiber, of which it is the same color unlike competitor products. 

High performance and high temperature resistance combined with a unique thixotropicity. 

50 ml cartridge, to be used with 3M™ mixer nozzle type T green. Excellent environmental and heat resistance up to 120 ºC  

High performance epoxy adhesive specific for metals and composites. This thixotropic adhesive cures at room temperature and with a slight heating you can accelerate the reaction.

Non-sag for easy application. The adhesive 3M™  DP490 has high resistance to impact and outstanding stability under static and dynamic loads; resistant to high temperatures from - 50°‍C up to 120°C and high environmental  resistance. Recommended for: metals, carbon fibers, fiberglass, when ultimate toughness and high strength are required. 

To extrude the product use the dedicated 3M™ nozzle. 

DP490 is similar to DP410 adhesive, but with more resistance to high temperatures and a much longer open time.
