3M DP105 Epoxy Adhesive clear and flexible 48,5 ml

3M DP105 is optimal when the clearness of the adhesive is needed, also in applications with large amounts of product. It is recommended with high thermal expansion even on pvc, glass, glass fibre, polycarbonate, wood. 5 minutes work-life, with handling strength in 20 minutes at room temperature.

The 3M DP105 is a duo-pack adhesive for glass, it is highly transparent, quick and flexible. Mix Ratio 1:1

When cured, its flexibility makes the adhesive suitable for bonding dissimilar materials, even with different thermal expansion coefficients. The particularly flexible formula ensures a strong permanent bond that resists to vibrations and impacts and it keeps its shear strength and good peeling performances.

This product is particularly great for gluing on glass when the transparency of the adhesive is needed.

DP105 is usable with different substrates including metals, ceramics, glass, wood and several plastics. Its low viscosity makes it easy to dispense and it is self-levelling. It is also good for molding and insulate.

Its flexibility, high shear strength and good peel performances make this product ideal for applications in the transport, special vehicles, electricity, industrial, sporting good, construction sectors and for consumer goods.
