3M DP420 is a two-part toughened structural adhesive, with high temperature and impact resistance, therefore it can be used for applications that require toughness, high strength, and rapid cure.
It rapidly cures at room temperature, and the cure rate may be accelerated by the application of mild heat.
This structural adhesive offers a strong long lasting bond that can replace some weldings and screws in several applications.
It has a 20 minute work-life, allowing a more accurate placement. 2:1 mix ratio by volume.
DP420 offers a strong bond at high and low temperatures, it works on metals, ceramics, wood, glass and several plastics.
