3M DP8407NS Scotch-Weld Metal Bonder Acrylic Adhesive is a gray structural adhesive that bonds to a variety of materials (especially bare metals such as aluminum, cold rolled steel, copper, brass and bronze) while resisting corrosion. Mix ratio 10:1. Withstands powder coat and paint bake cycles up to 204°C for at least one hour

Offers high shear, peel and impact strength for a tough and durable and strong bond.

3M DP8407NS has a moderate non-sag formula and won't slump or spread excessively. The mix ratio is 10:1 and provides a 6 minute work life and fast strength build-up at room temperature. It offers a long shelf life, with no refrigeration necessary.

Ideal for industrial applications with minimal surface preparation, such as slightly oily metal bonding, provides excellent bond strength; maintains high shear strength down to -40°C.
